What happens to the details you send through the request form on ATMPlacements.com.
What we collect
When you send a request, we collect the details you enter: your business name, city or ZIP code, your name, your phone number or email address (whichever you choose), the service you're interested in, your preferred contact method and any notes. We also record which page you sent the request from.
How we use it
To respond to your request about ATM placement, ATM sales or ATM processing, using the contact method you choose, and to keep a record of our conversation with you. Sending a request doesn't commit you to anything and doesn't trigger automatic emails, calls or text messages.
Who handles it
Your request stays with our internal team. We don't sell it, and we don't pass it to outside ATM providers.
To run this website, our website hosting and storage provider processes your request on our behalf. It stores your request securely until it is transferred to our internal customer system, and the website's copy is then deleted. In our customer system, only authorized members of our team can view it.
Text messages
We don't send text messages to follow up on website requests, and sending a request doesn't sign you up for texts. If you later become a customer, we may text you as part of that customer relationship.
Cookies and technical information
This site doesn't use cookies, analytics or advertising tags. Our website host processes standard technical information, such as your IP address, to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
How long we keep it
If your request doesn't lead to a customer relationship, we delete it from our customer system 12 months after we receive it. If you become a customer, your customer records are kept separately as part of that relationship.
Your choices
To ask us to update or delete your information, send a request through the form: choose "Not sure yet" and say what you'd like changed or removed. We'll reply using the contact details you give.
Changes
We'll update this page if our practices change. Last updated: October 2, 2026.
